With the support of the EU, a new ecotourism attraction – an adventure park – will be set up in Georgia’s Algeti National Park.
The respective grant agreement was signed on 7 March at the park’s administrative office.
The adventure park will be an educational and entertaining open-air space in the Algeti National Park. It will host various visitors and will play an important role in terms of environmental protection actions.
Additionally, the adventure park will support employment and the improvement of socio-economic conditions for the local population.
The Association Rural Development for Future Georgia is helping to develop the park within the framework of the EU-supported European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD).
