Georgia Expects to Receive 6.6 billion USD Revenues from Tourism Sector in 2025

According to the 2025 tourism strategy, Georgia will receive 6.6 billion USD revenues from tourism sector by 2025, Mariam Kvrivishvili, head of National Tourism Administration, noted.

Kvrivishvili introduced details of the new strategy and priority tourism products to the private sector representatives.

The administration will be oriented on quality and not on quantity, Kvrivishvili said.

“Quality matters more than quantity – this is our one of the key priorities. Despite the inflow of visitors grow year to year, our administration will make focus on quality. The survey has outlined eight strategic directions and 110 steps to be taken by 2025.

We will work that seasonal resorts be loaded on all four seasons. We will also make focus on market diversification.
