Tbilisi Gardens Website to Become Site of the Day on Awwwards.com

Everyday awwwards.com selects a website that stands out with its unique design, innovative ideas and technological performance. Tbilisi Gardens website created by Leavingstone became the site of the day on August 4th. Marketer had an interview with Leavingstone creative team and Tbilisi Gardens Marketing director, Teiko Lominadze.

Nikoloz Kumbari-Art Director, Leavingstone

We set the goal to represent skyscraper perfectly. In order to be distinguished from other real estate websites, we highlighted the characteristic building itself. We made a simple interaction with skyscraper curve contours to give comprehensive information on flats. All building follows a scroll along the moving of elevator. Many talented people’s work turned the idea into the website. Thanks to Mamuka Okriashvili and Saba Kavtaradze for rendering a building, which is a very important component of the site and it’t identical to Gardens real structure.

Teiko Lominadze- Mareting Director, Tbilisi Gardens

We think, a website is the most important communication way for such type of business, which gives customers an impression about company and project. It was more responsibility for us, as Tbilisi Gardens is our first product on this market. It seemed it was an easy challenge for the agency, but it’s not easy to find such website on Georgian Market, that meets the tasks. Informative, interesting, simple, creative, modern and simply user friends- Our website meets all the criteria.

Giorgi Avaliani- Creative Director

This award makes us sure that Leavingstone black room creative team is one of the best. We created a new digital space, where it’s a simple and nice adventure for the user to scroll the building. We give practical information to a user with flexible interaction.

Goga Chinchaladze- Front-end Developer

Our advantage is uniqueness of each project. Since there are not always ready solutions for unique ideas, we have a lot of things to think about and manipulate. In the case of Garden, the main part of the development was the scene of the building. After experimentation and testing we managed to interact scroll standardization for various browsers and gadgets. We worked with Mishka Pankvelashvili on Paralax effects and interactions.

 Anano Mininoshvili- Graphic Designer

There were a lot of interesting tasks on working design. We got a result- all functions and information are available and it’s aesthetically beautiful. It’s a pleasant process for a user to navigate between floors and select apartments. Besides functional and technical side of the site, I like the menu part which I think looks really nice.
