Georgian Railway Suspends Several Scheduled Trains because of Infrastructural Works

Georgian Railway plans to halt several scheduled trains because of infrastructural projects.

Namely, in relation to the ongoing infrastructural works at the Supsa-Ureki span metal bridge, starting 06.00 of February 25, 2016 up to 05.59 of February 26, 2006 fast electric trains of Tbilisi-Batumi-Tbilisi №852/851  and №858/857, will be halted, as well as the Batumi-Kutaisi-Batumi shuttle train №683/684.

On February 25 Tbilisi-Kutaisi-Ozurgeti №12/11 and №18 daytime passenger trains will be also suspended. At the same time, on February 24 from Tbilisi and on February 25 from Ozurgeti Tbilisi-Ozurgeti-Tbilisi night trains №654/653 will suspend operation. Georgian Railway has temporarily stopped sales of tickets for these directions.

The trains will fully resume operation on February 26.
