In Armenia, the unemployment rate is 16.6%, in Azerbaijan 5.2%, Kazakhstan 5.4%, Kyrgyztan 7.7%, Moldova 4.4%, Russia 5.8%, Tajikistan 2.3%, Turkmenistan 8.6%, Ukraine 8.8% and Uzbekistan 5.0%.
