The Ukrainian low-coster SkyUp plans to launch regular flights from Kiev to Batumi, besides Tbilisi.
According to SkyUp, the company will operate on Kiev-Batumi airspace from May 25, 2019 and will carry out daily flights. It is already known that the price of the ticket will be from 1527 Ukrainian Hryvnia.
SkyUp has already carried out 14 charter flights in Batumi in the summer tourist season in 2018.
The Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia allowed the SkyUp Regular Air Traffic Operation on November 12, 2018.
The cost of Kiev-Tbilisi (one way) ticket price is from 1508 hryvnia, which is about 30 euros.
