Beka Dvali, the Georgian Ambassador to Mozambique has paid a visit to Maputo and conducted meetings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed Georgia-Mozambique potential for development of cooperation in economic, cultural and education sectors.
The parties also stressed the importance of deepening bilateral relations in terms of protection of fundamental principles of the international law, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
“As part of the visit to Maputo, the Georgian ambassador has met with the director of Afritoold (PTY) ltd company that is oriented on imports of various products from Europe to Mozambique.
At the meeting the parties discussed the perspectives of exports of Georgian products, including Georgian wines to Mozambique.
The Ambassador updated the company representatives on Georgian agricultural products and Georgian wine specifications. The parties agreed to continue cooperation on the mentioned issue”, the Georgian MFA press release reads.
