The depute of the Minister of Agriculture, Nodar Kereselidze had a meeting with an agriculture advisor from Jiangsu province, People’s Republic of China.
Nodar Kereselidze talked about the better and deeper collaboration between Georgian and Chinese government in trade sector and focused on the growth of wine export to China.
“Agricultural sector has a very important role in Georgian economy and therefore it is crucial to create diverse markets for Georgian productions and promote export of agricultural products” – Kereselidze noted.
The counselor of Agriculture Department of Jiangsu province introduced Jiangsu province agrarian potential to Nodar Kereselidze and expressed his wish to collaborate with Georgia.
As the first depute of the minister noted, Georgia has a lot of projects with China, such as educational project, tea industry promotion projects. He underlined that all interesting and perspective initiative form Chinese government will be supported.
