Etim, a new Turkish restaurant and terrace, has opened in Batumi, Ajara Region. As a result, the local market has acquired the best Turkish restaurant with top-class services and traditional Turkish dishes for both local residents and international guests.
Etim’s concept is based on outlines of Turkish design and traditional style of Turkish services. Main menu was developed by Turkish chef Fatih Ilmaz, who has arrived in Batumi specially from Radisson BLU Istanbul.
At official inauguration ceremony, guests tasted traditional Turkish dishes and drinks. The restaurant menu includes well-known and popular Turkish dishes.
Chef and staff have multi-year experience in cooking Turkish cuisine and providing restaurant services. They know Turkish traditions and cultural peculiarities very well and this factor makes happy Turkish guests. Service quality is controlled by Turkish manager Ilham Kahn, who have visited Batumi from the neighboring hotel.
