For the first in history Georgian Manganese has launched product exports to China.
Since the company resumed extraction works, active works are underway for penetrating new markets. In 2017 the company will enhance its representation on various markets, Aleksandre Meladze, head of the company legal department, said.
“This year was very difficult, because negative tendency was recorded in metallurgy. At the end of the last year metallurgical plants were closed, including abroad. Our plant suspended operation in Chiatura temporarily. And this fact caused much panics. We have not fired any worker”, Meladze noted.
