New cigar Davidoff Nicaragua Box Pressed is already on sale in Tbilisi, and you can purchase it them at cigar house Davidoff.
Offered in two sizes, the Davidoff Nicaragua Box Pressed will come in Robusto, measuring 5 inches by 48 ring gauge, and Toro, at 6 by 52. They are set to carry suggested retail prices of $14.50 and $17.20, respectively, and will ship in either 12-count boxes or handy packs of four.
These box-pressed smokes were blended to be spicier and more intense than the original Davidoff Nicaragua cigars, thanks to a darker Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro wrapper from Jalapa fortified by some full-bodied ligero tobacco from Estelí within the filler.
According to Davidoff, the blend is balanced by tobacco from Ometepe and Condega. As the name indicates, all the tobacco in the Davidoff Nicaragua Box Pressed line is from Nicaragua, however they are made in the Dominican Republic at the Cigars Davidoff factory.
This release marks the first box-pressed cigar to carry the Davidoff brand name. (But not the first to come out of Davidoff’s factory in the Dominican Republic, as the box-pressed Avo Syncro Nicaragua is rolled there, as well.)
