Georgian investor from Sokhumi, who unveiled Citrus hotel in Tbilisi a year ago, plans to open a new hotel in the capital city.
The hotel manager general Shalva Alaverdashvili told the Commersant that the hotel management is content with both financial performance and appraisals by guests.
The hotel is designed for all types of tourists thanks to its location. The conference hall also works at full capacity. The hotel has deserved highest appraisals thanks to top-quality services, Alaverdashvili said.
As to development of the hotel network, the company genuinely discusses similar plans and a new hotel will be unveiled in Tbilisi too. At the next state, the company will expand the network to regions too, Alaverdashvili noted.
The four-star hotel Citrus is located on April 9 Street and is able to host about 80 guests. The hotel’s investment value marked 3.5 million GEL, including 1 million GEL was allocated form the Tbilisi City Hall cheap loan program.
