Armaz Tavadze, founder of “Media Holding Commersant” and “Insurance Company Ardi” has become a member of Supervisory Board of Goodwill.
“As of the decision of Gogi Shevardnadze, owner of 65%-share at Goodwill, Tavadze will replace David Glunchadze at this position. The members of the Board are Gogi Shevardnadze and George Makhatadze as well.
To remind, rehabilitation process of JSC “Goodwill” is being carried. The company has a huge debt (the company owns over 26 million GEL of 500 companies). Part of the debt is paid, including debt of TBC Bank, the first row creditor.
JSC “Goodwill” owns several hypermarkets and supermarkets.
