“Commersant” reports that Georgian Bacho Kobakhidze invited from abroad will supposedly replace Nodar Javakhishvili on the post of Cartu Bank President.
The candidate’s current position and activity is still unknown.
As for Nodar Javakhishvili, he, reportedly, will replace Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Zurab Kopadze.
“Given the fact that very large-scale works are to be carried out in the infrastructure sector next year, Nodar Javakhishvili, who is known to the public, will replace Zurab Kopadze. His years of experience will promote effective use of infrastructure resources,” the Prime Minister’s press service says.
According to the government’s administration, the state agencies need qualified staff members, since it is a precondition for efficient performance.
“Constant updating and improvement is aimed at making the government more efficient and it is a response to new challenges,” explained the press service of the government’s administration.
Cartu Bank former President Nodar Javakhishvili agreed to take a post of the Deputy Minister for Regional Development and Infrastructure at the request of the Prime Minister.
Javakhishvili states “Commersant” that he has received a request and a task from Irakli Garibashvili and accepted the offer.
According to him, a departure from the post in the Caetu Bank has nothing common with a sale of the bank.
Along with that, “Commersant” reports that Cartu Bank’s sale is again on the agenda. A few months ago it was reported that Bidzina Ivanishvili had changed his mind to sell Cartu Bank.
